Front Office Manager
We are looking for a responsible Executive/Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of this position include providing support to the owner and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Administrative Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls

Digital Marketing Assistant
The Digital Marketing Assistant is someone who is interested in communications and/or marketing and has a strong desire to hone their writing and marketing skills.
This position is integral to The Post House, as the Digital Marketing assistant supports the workflow and communication efforts and directly assists the owner and The Post House clients achieve their goals.
Specific Projects and Tasks

Research and write content for websites, blogs and scripts

Write keyword-rich, technical press releases about new products and company/industry news

Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint

Assist in the creation of e-newsletters; writing marketing messages, compiling photos, content and logos and implementing into online marketing efforts

Assist in the final preparation for marketing materials; proofreading, editing, posting on sites, and sending text messages

Research industry-specific keywords and write creative content for Content Marketing, Google Ad Words, and Video SEO and video scripts

Assist in the research of and creation of proposals for new business plans

Assist in the development of clients’ websites as well as with website content management tasks

Gaffer/Grip/Audio Tech
We are always looking for experienced production staff and are currently seeking several crew members for upcoming shoots:
Gaffer:
Individual responsible to the Director or Director of Photography for all lighting setups and procedures on a production. Works closely with the DP and Key Grip in the selection, placement, and desired level and balance of the lighting on a set or location.
Grip:
The Grip is responsible to the DP or gaffer for providing and placing all diffusion, lighting, and equipment for facilitating or actuating camera movement, and for moving, erecting, and striking sets. The Key Grip, when needed, supervises transporting, rigging, placing, operating, moving, lifting, carrying, and striking of all grip equipment and accessories, as well as sometimes assisting other departments in handling and moving their equipment.
Audio Tech/Boom Operator
The Audio Tech is responsible to the director for recording and production sound, and for the quality of the mixed and recorded sound during production. He or she operates the mixer, recorder and associated equipment. The Boom Operator is responsible for to the production mixer for operating and maintaining the microphone boom along with the attached shotgun microphone.
